The house that is undoubtedly fancy, is worth tens of millions of dollars or more. In a completely different class, another luxury home group, advertised locally. Property in the US valued at more than one million dollars is usually considered luxury real estate. Consumers in a high socio-economic group are targets for this property.
This second home group may have features such as wet bars, designer kitchens, wine warehouses, theater sitting, ground pool, security system, professional landscape, hot floors and tennis courts. These houses are generally greater than the average with good locations, facilities, property entries, and entertainment capabilities.
Luxury homes tend to have entertainment space with features such as artificial seating and high technology, the latest for the best movie watching experience. Designer kitchens are also very trendy in upscale houses with features such as special panels for equipment, extra bottom fridge or center of drinks, and a wine bar that is right between kitchen kitchens and other storage cabinets. Designer kitchens also include countertop granite, upscale equipment, customized storage drawers, and pullout poullies.
There is no question that this second home group is also the desired house to live in. However, are they really in the same class as houses in Beverly hills which are also called luxury homes?
In both house groups, locations, facilities, property entries, entertainment capabilities, and landscape are considered. Most luxury homes offer a combination of desirable natural elements such as proximity, views, or climate, and landscape and architecture designed professionally. But really, if 1.2 million dollars, the lake edge house with a dock and swimming pool is a luxury home, then the house of Mariah Carey must be a “super luxury” house.
